Daily sweeping, washing & cleaning all the toilet floors dado, partition wall etc. brooming wash, coconut stick, jute swap, rubber broom and spraying water with bleaching powder including cleaning basin, sink urinal, water closets by sprinkling water rubbing & removing garbage to look the toilet hygienic including supplying naphthalene & phenyl as per scope of the workfor any month of the year (except Saturday/Sundays and Holidays) at least three time a day for all toilet blocks as well as Daily washing, cleaning, sweeping floors & dado, removing waste materials & shifting furniture etc. as per scope of the work for any month of the year (except Saturday/Sundays and Holidays) for all floors including entrance lobby & stair block with all cost of materials, tools & plants and lobours etc. i) for the office of Transport Directorate Head Quarter 1st floor, Kasba PVD, CSTC Depot, Kolkata - 700107total area - 2000 sq.m approximate inclusive of existing all toilet blockii) for the office of PVD Beltala for all floors of four storied building, Kolkata - 700020total area - 12000 sq.m approximate inclusive of existing all toilet blockiii) for the office of PVD, Salt Lake only of ground floor of PVD Salt Lake, Kolkatatotal area - 2500 sq.m approximate inclusive of existing all toilet blockiv) for the office of PVD, Kasba only at ground floor of PVD Kasba, Kolkata - 700107total area - 2000 sq.m approximate inclusive of existing all toilet blockv) for the office of PVD Behala for all floor of three storied building at Upen Benerjee Road, Kolkatatotal area - 3000 sq.m approximate inclusive of existing all toilet blockNote: The total cost would be determined per month based on the day-wise requirements as per above mentioned schedule.Housekeeping staff required minimum 9 (nine) No. persons
