| 5 | OD296405/2025-2026:od1700062/2021_2022 : Providing & fixing Aluminium trafford sheet (size,shape & pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in charge) 0.45mm or nearest available thickness toal coated thickness with zinc coating 120gms/sqm as IS 277,in 240mpa steel grade 5-7microns epoxi primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard filling of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single lenth up to 12mor as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screwes of size (5.5x55mm)with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces,excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |

| 7 | 21.5:Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ). |
