| 2 | Complete removal of existing treatment on wall to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster by scrapping surface manually/ mechanical wall sander (with inbuilt mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7\"/9\"), complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (i) Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The whole work shall be carried out through Professional/ Skilled Applicator, having past experience of 3 to 4 yrs in similar nature of work.(iii) The contractor shallfurnish written guarantee of 3 yrs for this above work (iv) Nails, screws if any to be removedproperly before scrapping. |
| 3 | Application of waterproof cement based putty @ 1.0 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm with average thickness not less than1.0mm over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping/ prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding the surface after applying the putty with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour comprising undermentioned steps:-(a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mixing by mechanical putty mixer of mixing capacity of min 2.50 Kg per minute.(b) Apply the first coat of putty (prepared mix) with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty having flow speed of max 6 liters per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI.(c) Allow 6-8 hrs drying time to dry the putty surface. (d) Cracks developed on prepared surfaces/ walls to be filled with putty paste before sanding of surfaces.Note: (i) Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The whole work shall be carried out through Professional/ Skilled Applicator, having past experience of 3 to 4 yrs in similar nature of work.(iii) The contractor shall furnish written guarantee of 2.0 years for this above work. |
| 4 | Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white washing, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white washing, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white washing, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colour washing, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1.0 liters per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. A gap of 6-8 hours to drying time to the surface between both the coats of paint, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) The whole work shall be carried out through Professional/ Skilled Applicator, having past experience of 3 to 4 yrs in similar nature of work.(ii) The contractor shall furnish written guarantee of 3 yrs for this above work.(iii) Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate. |
| 9 | Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement paint, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Preparation of old decorated surfaces of internal walls by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical means (sander) along with dust extraction system for cleaning the surfaces and apply wall care putty 2.0mm thick for making the surfaces smooth by grinding or rubbing with mechanical means, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate. |

| 16 | Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 Cm high, paiting with synthetic enamel paint,of black and white colour, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Letters etc; shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained. |

| 18 | Preparation of old surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc. and applying one coat of painting to floors with ready mixed paint, for use on floors; each coat, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 19 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, and rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick masonry surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, and rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick masonry surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 21 | Preparation of new, plastered surfaces of walls and applying wall care putty, 2.0mm thick, as preparation of surfaces even and smooth before applying any type of paint or oil emulsion, complete all as specified and as directed. |
