Tender For Precursory Civil Works For Construction Of New Hbf Building In Pap, Fact Cd.; 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Quoted rate shall also include facilities/ scaffolding for proper dismantling and stacking of debris, conforming to all safety precautions and standardregulations. 2 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means (using precision cutting tools/ non explosive chemical agents/ advanced safer demolition techniques) and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge and conforming to Doc no: 32771-12-DA-004. Quoted rate shall also include facilities/ scaffolding for proper dismantling and stacking of debris, conforming to all safety precautions and standard regulations. 3 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means, at all heights, including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Dismantling roofing sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead. 6 Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead. 7 Dismantling tile work laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. 8 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100gm/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building/ scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work). 10 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 3.0 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge - For all kinds of soil. Quoted rate shall also include rates for quantities of works executed under water including pumping out water, dewatering the excavation pit, if required, providing proper strutting/ timbering/ shoring at all depths as per site requirement and instructions of EiC 11 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 12 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading in FACT CD premises as instructed by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 13 Disposal of dismantled steel sections by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading in FACT CD premises as instructed by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, upto 5 KM including all lifts involved. 14 Disposal of dismantled roofing sheet by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading in FACT CD premises as instructed by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, upto 5 KM including all lifts involved. 15 Repairs to plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose dust and applying rust removal solution Reebaklens RR by M/s FOSROC Chemicals or equivalent by using brush/spray application, leaving the surfaces for at least 15 to 30 minutes, then removing the loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and applying epoxy bond to the old concrete surface before applying Polymer repair mortar. 17 Supply and application of anti corrosive chemicals with one or more coats of NITO Zinc Primer by M/s FOSROC Chemicals or equivalent over the exposed steel reinforcement as per manufactures specification including removing the rust, scales with wire brush/emery cloth or by mechanical buffing wheel/air and water jet etc at all heights including all materials and labour charge as per the instruction of Engineer in charge (EiC). 18 Providing and laying 25 mm average thick polymer modified latexmortar like RENDROC SP40 of M/S FOSROC chemicals or equivalent with poly propylene fibers as per the manufacturers specification over the concrete surface roughened by chipping followed by water jetting including filling the crevices/ undulations flushing with adjacent surface curing etc., concrete at all heights including all material and labour charges and all as directed by EiC. And curing the surface by spraying water curing compound, Concure WB manufactured by M/s FOSROC Chemicals or equivalent. 19 Wall painting two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour at all heights including cost of all labour and materials charges 20 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) 21 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface 22 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 23 Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work including priming coat. 24 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete 25 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand (zone-III): 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 26 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 27 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 28 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. 29 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth approx. 2.4 m measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
