Levelling and filling the joints between roof slabs having minor width to full depth of joint (Approximate depth 0.30m) with L M 1:2 after properly secured the joint bottom with necessary support like wooden or iron shuttering temporarily till filling the joint and mortar become enough hard and including removing the shuttering after setting completes including cost of materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, conveyance, taxes etc all complete as per the directions of Department officials.

Providing brick terracing work on the roof for providing required gradient to the weathering course to dispose rain water immediately after rain using well burnt country clay bricks of size 23x11x7cm in L M 1:2 including cost of materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, conveyance, taxes etc all complete as per the directions of Department officials.

Providing weathering course to the roof of Kalyana mandapam using brick jelly lime concrete in 1:2:4 proportion with 20mm size brick aggregate, good quality surkhí and lime laid to required slopes for easy draining out the rain water including beating the surface with wooden beaters manually till the surface becomes enough hard including cost of materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, conveyance, taxes, consolidation, levelling, etc all complete as per the directions of Department officials.

Providing finishing coat with L M 1:2 of 20mm thick plastering including cost of materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, conveyance, taxes etc all complete as per the directions of Department officials.
