(The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.) 16 Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture,mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all in-situ item.Note:1.The rate of concrete Shall include all labour,eqipment ,Charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture Confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer in charge Shall be obtained for dosage and compatiblity 2. Test certifiactes of cement , procured from dealer / company To be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in schedule F. M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per Cu.m. of concrete for all floors 17 Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500 / Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel.The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.For further details please see Clause 11 of Section VIII, General Information for Guidance of Tenderers. 18 Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. 19 Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.For basement & ground floor 21 Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.
