Providing 0.63mm thick corrugated G.S. sheet roofing inluding vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steelprimer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved faces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I.limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with :Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer
