| 3 | MAIN TABLE WITH SIDE TABLEProviding and supplying executive table made of 50mm thick MDF Board with 5mm thick veneer pressed on tabletop. All table finish with melamine polished Table having partially leatherette top with drawer Unit & attach side rawner with keyboard trey as per architectural drawing/ photo & approved sample. The table/ drawer Unit/ Side rawner top; sides, modesty panel, skirting, drawer head, Drawer Sides, Drawer back & drawer base unit shall be made out with 19 mm, 12mm, 6mm thick commercial ply/Ost ply wherever required & laminated 4 mm thick OSt ply on all inner & exposed surface of make Duro/ Green or equivalent make. Fix 25x5 mm teak wood liping on all exposed edges of table. The cost include leather/leatherette of approved make and shade, all necessary fittings like: stainless steel strip on rear side, making grooves, inserting S.S strip, drawer channel, lock 25mm, fitting with fixtures of Hettich. Finally finished with high quality PU polish of Sirca/ICA/Asian or equivalent brand in desirede color & approved shade. All complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 11 | OFFICE CHAIRProviding and Placing in position Office Chair. The seat shall be made up of 1.5 ±0.1 cm. thick hot-pressed plywood and upholstered with Leatherite upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The seat shall have extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The Back shall be injectionmoulded in glass filled Polypropylene which shall be upholstered with leatherite. The back consist of adjustable lumber support made of injection moulded Polypropylene having an adjustment of 5.0 ±0.1 cm. Seat size shall be 53.5 cm W x 51 cm D and Back size shall be 51 cm W x 70 cm H. The HR polyurethane seat foam shall be moulded with density 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness 16±2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The adjustable armrest is designed with the following features: Up Down adjustment- 6 steps (7.2 ± 0.5cm range), Armrest top is mounted on Armrest structure made of glass filled Nylon, Armrest Top is PU moulded over glass filled Nylon insert. The pneumatic height adjustment shall have an adjustment stroke of 9.5 ± 0.3cm. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in glass-filled Nylon and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal shall be 66.1 ± 0.5cm. pitch-center dia. (76.1 ±1.0cm with castors). The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in Black Nylon. |
| 12 | VISITOR CHAIRProviding and Placing visitor chair with ergonomic design for user comfort & aesthetically appealing. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood and the back shall be metal insert pipe frame padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 40kg/m³ in seat and 19mm thick having density 23kg/m³ in back. The seat and back shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 0.8mm thick and 535 GSM. The chair shall be supplied with chrome plated metal arm having black integral covering top and powder coated steel spine shall be joint with seat and back. The frame structure shall be cantilever support type made up of MS CRCA chrome plated round pipe of dia 28mm with 2mm thick. There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The products should be tested as per BIFMA standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001 2018 certifications. The product should be complete as per approved sample and as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. |

The shutter frame shall be made out with first class teak wood & fix 4 mm thick clear glass on middle of frame with help of 12x12 mm teak wood moulding, nails etc. The top moulding/ cornice shall be made out with first class teak wood moulding in required size, section and shape. The cost includes brass railway hinges, towerbolt, magnetic catcher,lock with necessary screws etc. Finally finished with high quality PU polish in desired color & approved shade. All complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
