Tender For Provision Of Trg Shed (36M X 15M) At View Point Grc Kamptee; 1 Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m in width and n ex 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 All as per item No 2 here in above but each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundation, mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and directed. 5 Use & waste of form work to side of concrete in ddns, footing base, base of columns, side and soffits of plinth beam and similar work complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for providing Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in footing, foundation, beams, plinth beams, base for columns and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 Use & waste of form work to side of coulumn and similar work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directeed. 8 M&Lfor providing Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in columns and pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F milt steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel (anneal) wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tube conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality Bcomplete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for Preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed 14 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile str complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in weather boarding/eaves board in approved design/pattern/shape to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. 16 Returning , filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed. 17 Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for stone dust as sand cushionig/filling under floorings/pavement spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick complete including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block colour glossy finished rubber pressed any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with Grey cement and pigment complete over stone dust cushioning all as specified and as directed.Note: Stone dust cushion shall be paid separately underrespective items 20 M&L for brick with fly ash brick old size straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately 22 Supply only Liquid water proofing compund of approved quality. 23 M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.
