Term contracts for artificers works as per follwing conditions

Term Contract for Artificers works to perform services and execute artificers works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates DSR-2022 & DSR 2025 (Volume-II) for E&M Works and DSR-2023 for Civil Works, as amended together with Vol-I & II of CPWD Specification, as amended forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates DSR-2022 & DSR 2025 (Volume-II) for E&M Works and DSR-2023 for Civil Works. The rates for item / works is based on CPWD DSR which are applicable for plinth area rates for High Altitude areas for B/R maintenance and E/M maintenance for ITM Mussoorie. The NIT value (ECPT) is including increased ratesas per guidelines for High Altitude areas. The (%) percentage to be quoted as not on exceeding basis i.e. quote of (+) plus side is not permissible.

[a] Tenderer shall insert percentage equal to (=) / less than (-) on estimated amount on not on exceeding basis in the BOQ excel sheet.

[b]Tenderer shall refer and select the option equal to (=) / less than (-) to quote the percentage equal (=) / below the estimated amount which are as per Schedule of Rates DSR-2022 & DSR 2025 (Volume-II) for E&M Works and DSR-2023 for Civil Works, as amended for plinth area rate for high altitude areas.

[c] Amount inserted under the rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is as per not exceeding basis for term contract. Separate work orders as per requirement of work will be placed with cost duly adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.

[d] Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage on not exceeding basis thereto quoted by the tenderer.

[e] Schedule of Credit recovery rate as attached as Appendix \"H\" of the materials obtained at site. The material which are not covered is Appendix \"H\". The Recovery rate of these material / items shall be deducted from the RAR as per the current market rate analysis or also as per the MSTC bulletin scrap rates with approval of CCE(R&D) Estates, North, Chandigarh.
