The height, width & depth of each letter shall be 400mm, 300mm & 60mm respectively.Note : (i) This Item include for all the fixing materials required to fix the letters on the ACP cladding surface.(ii) Quoted rates including taping to the nearest light point of required length and including the wire of required core as directed by Engr in Charge.(iii) The pattern/shade and design of LED light strip will be as decided by Engr in Charge.(iv) Letter should be in Hindi/English/Hinglish etc. |
| 20 | Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | Material & labour and fixing of ACP Cladding in any shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out 4mm thick ACP material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwitch between two aluminium sheets (each 0.50mm thick). The ACP cladding sheet shall be coil Coated, with Kynar 500 based PWDF/Lumiflon based flusoropolymer resin coating of Approved colour and shade on face. The base shall be of aluminium rectangular tubing grid frame of size 25x50x2mm thick horizontal and vertical frame c/c 450 mm in wall/ ceiling/column surfaces, shall be fixed on wall with rowel plug size 10x35 & countersunk steel screw size 10x60. Rowel plug & screw shall be fixed not more than 750 mm center to center. ACP shall be fixed on base frame by providing 1mm thick & 8mm wide pressure tape (both side adhesive). Pressure tape shall be fixed on center of rectangular tube and balance portion of tube covered with white silicon. After fixing the ACP on base frame dummy joints shall be provided as per approved design 5 to 8mm wide Dummy joints shall be provided with masking tape and black silicone. After completion and before handing over entire exposed surface of ACP shall be clean with glass cleaning solution complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary scaffolding and frame work are included in quoted rate. |
