The material shall be of standard quality / make.a) Ball cock for 25 mm dia. 25 b) Ball cock for 32 mm dia. 26 c) Ball cock for 40 mm dia. 27 d) Ball valve for 50 mm dia. 28 e) Brass foot valve for 50 mm dia. 29 f) Brass foot valve for 65 mm dia. 30 Providing and fixing 75 mm dia stabiliser pipe/ P.V.C. soil vent/waste pipe and with necessary fixtures and fitting such as bends, tees, single junctions, slotted vent, clamps etc. complete 31 Providing and fixing P.V.C. Rain water pipes of 110mm outer diameter and having wall thickness of 2.2 to 2.7 mm confirming to I.S. 13592-1992 including proper rainwater receiving recess with P.V.C. plug, bend, necessary fittings, such as, offsets, shoes, inluding fixing the pipe on wall using approved wooden cleats projecting 25mm to 40mm from face of wall a fixing with clips of approved quality and Nos. ,filing the joint using rubber gasket with solvent cement and properly resting the shoe of pipes on C.C. or masonry blocks, including necessary scaffolding and maintenance for 3 yrs for any leakages or dislocations of pipes. All the P.V.C. fittings and additional 2 piece socket clips shall be got approved from engineer in charge etc. complete. 32 Providing and fixing on walls/ ceiling/ floor 32 mm dia. uPVC pipe with necessary fittings, remaking good the demolished portion etc. complete. Including removing existing pipe line if necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete. 33 Providing and laying in trenches 32 mm dai. uPVC pipe including necessary excavation, fittings. Refilling trenches etc. complete. Including removing existing pipe line if necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete. 34 Providing and fixing on walls /ceiling/ floor 40 mm dia. uPVC pipe with necessary fittings, remaking good the demolished portion etc. complete. (excluding the primer coat)etc. complete. 39 Dewatering the excavated trenches and pools of water in the building trenches / pipeline trenches, well works by using pumps and other devices including disposing off water to safe distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of machinery, labour, fuel), etc. complete. (Bd-A-9/261) (i) The Contractor at his request may be allowed to start construction of masonry steining so as not to allow silting of well in oncoming monsoon and while paying masonry, 25% amount shall be withheld and released only when excavation to the full depth is completed. (ii) Dewatering : Total dewatering charges are to be proposed in the tender as lumpsum amount and 75% is payable for excavation and 25% is payable for construction of well / gallery. Out of 75% excavation, break-up shall be as under 25% for last 1 M depth. 20% for 2 M depth which is just above last 1 M depth. 15% for 2 M depth which is just above last 3 M depth. 15% for the rest of depth from water table level. The above conditions will restrict the tendencies of agencies to avoid deepening of wells, etc. to the required depth. 40 Cleaning of storm water chambers within the MBP premises including removing the sludge debris accumulated in chambers & disposing off the same within a lead of 5 to 10M including refixing the chamber cover properly after cleaning operation,removing fallen trees,chock up in gutters etc.complete 41 Cleaning the drainage lines including removing chokeup by using hydrojets including charges of machinery, skilled/ unskilled labours with all required safety devices. The item also includes disposal of all type of sludge , solid materials removed from lines into sludge drying beds at designted place for further treatment. The item rate is excluding GST.
