    Refilling of Liquid chlorine gas cylinder (100 kg and 900kg) from authorised filling station for Kamalnagar Surface based W/S Scheme under Central Mechanical Division PHE Dte- 1 Carrying charges of empty chlorine baby cylinder of each capacity 100 kg from OHR of above mention sites to authorised filling station for filling of liquid chlorine gas including loading unloading and detention charges 2 Testing of empty baby cylinder before filling as per ISS if required. 3 Charges for replacement of cylinder valve,cylinder seal nut,cylinderspindle,cylinder cap and cylinder filler washer if required including painting complete as per direction of the EIC. 4 Refilling charges of Liquid chlorine to the empty cylinder of 100kg each capacity from any authorised filling station. [cost inclusive of charges and duties] [8X100kg each = 0.8MT] 5 Carrying charges of refilled chlorine baby cylinder of each capacity100kg from authorised filling stationto OHR of above mentioned sites including loading,unloading and detention charges 6 Carrying charges of empty chlorine toner of each capacity 900 kg from above mention sites to authorised filling station for filling of liquid chlorine gas including loading unloading and detention charges (1 trip shall carry 2 nos toners) 7 Testing of empty toner before filling as per ISS if required. 8 Charges for replacement of cylinder valve,cylinder seal nut,cylinder spindle,cylinder cap and cylinder filler washer if required including painting complete as per direction of the EIC. 9 Refilling charges of Liquid chlorine to the empty toner of 900Kg each capacity from any authorised filling station. [cost inclusive of charges and duties] [4X900kg each = 3.6MT] 10 Carrying charges of refilled chlorine toner of each capacity 900 kg from authorised filling stationto above mentioned sites and detention charges(1 trip shall carry 2 nos toners) 11 Add GST @ 18% 12 Add Cess @ 1%
