Earth work in excavationby manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shaffts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed in all kinds of soil, lead upto 1 m.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregaten 20 mm nominal sizxe) upto plinth level curing complete. Nallah Stone with 1:6 mix.

Dry random rubble masonry in foundation and plinth using nallah stone without bond stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concreteof specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shutteringall work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying DPC/ coping 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Cement concrete flooring 40 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand).

Carriage of stones from source to the site of work at an avg distance of 500 m by HL.

Carriage of stone and bajri at an avg distance of 35 Km by MT and 500 m by HL.

Carriage of cement from source to the site of work at an avg lead of 500 m by HL.
