The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of GE(NS) kochi before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA3.The higher side of AC plant defects shall be get checked by OEM (Blue star airconditioning and Refrigeration Ltd)and made serviceable in case of any defects observed during the routine check up or on call during emergency breakdown includingreplacement ofall spares ,Leak detection ,pressure testing with nitrogen ,vacuumising, compressor oil and gas charging, and testing if required complete all as specified and directed.4. The quoted rate including replacement/repairof any kind of spares labour cost for replacement of defective spares of chiller units 5. Any complaints shall be attendedwithin 24 Hrs the same day of complaintlodged by MES authority or user 6. A penalty of Rs 3000/- per day will be deducted on failure of attending complaints within 24 hours7. Consumable items which are required at site by OEM like refrigerent gas, filters/driers,compressor oil etc required for chiller as per OEM recommendation is to be included and the rate for the same deemed to include in the above quoted rate. 8. The contractor has to submit no dues certificate from the OEM completion of work. |
