| 7 | Supply andfixing roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (web, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc fixed in position,conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250) quality-B, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Supply andfixing mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.60mm thick conforming to IS-15961 of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws on wooden trusses in any position or slope upto any heightcomplete all as specified and directed.Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965. Contractor shall submit a Purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment. |
| 10 | Supply and fixing plain mild steel sheeting 0.60 mm thick, in rain water gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed ), ridges, hips, and similar work etcfixed as welded or solderedjoints, reveting are providedetccomplete all as specified and directed.Note : i)Rates are included for providing nozzles, stop ends, drop ends made of mild steel sheeting 0.60mm thick with necessary fixing arrangement/ jointing with rubber sealant for PVC downwater pipes.ii)The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965. Contractor shall submit a Purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment. |
| 11 | Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofred oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for . wind ties for roof including securing bolts, hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming toFe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. |
