Tender For Gate Construction Work In Nagar Palika Bagru Mela Ground - Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work in all kind of soil. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 fine/ coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto two stories excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. 5 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 22.1.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. 6 Providing and erecting overhead signs with retro reflective Type IV sign plate fixed on angle iron frame with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per clause 802.7 over a designed support system of galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans. 10.13.1 Truss and Vertical Support 7 Painting two coats on specified surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, after thorough cleaning and necessary filling to give even shade as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour. On steel surface 8 Painting new letters and figures of specified size, of any shade with first quality synthetic enamel paint, black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per clause 801 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour. Hindi (Matras, Commas and the like not to be measured and paid for. Half letters shall be counted as half). 9 Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick framed to angle iron 40x40x5mm with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on two nos mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including all material, labour.
