    Development Of Ration Ghat At Basant Bagh 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge:1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 3 Engagement of Labourers for site clearance 4 Providing and laying dry Stone Soling/GSB, filling including Compacting, hand packed, including all carriages of material complete 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of jointsSize of tile 600x600 mm 8 Carriage of material by mechanical means and Head LoadA. Sand/Aggregate 9 Removal of Mulba/Unhygienic Material/Mud/unserviceable material from the site including its disposal beyond Municipal Limits by Mechanical Transport including all carriages, leads and Lifts complete job as directed at site.
