Thermo Mechanically Treatedbars. including all carriages . 9 12 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4fine sand) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete. 10 Stone tyile work (Bhuj tiles) for wall lining upto 10 mtror above height with special Adhesive like araldite or equivalent over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 mix (1 cement:3 fine sand) incl painting in white cement with an admixture of pigments to match stone shade 8 mm thick (mirror polished and machine edge cut) all as directed by EIC. 11 Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, ofrequired size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed withmatching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab upto 0.5 sqm) 12 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure ncluding curing in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 13 P/F of Analog Tower Clock of size 2 ft x 2 ft or as directed and approved by site engineer incl all carriage and cost complete 14 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed workincld. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer(two or more coats), using structural steel as required in grating frames, guard bars ,ladders, railing, brackets, gates and similar work.(as per approved design) incld. all carriages / head load upto site of work complete. 15 P/F Colour coated corrugated GS Sheet Roofing,eves boarding/soffit of 0.50 mm thick incl vertical/curved surface fixed with nails/washers etc complete job or as directed by EIC. 16 Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 17 Clearance of Choked Drain complete job 18 P/F in position 560 mm internal dia polycrete main hole covers heavy duty (200 kg weight) with base as directed by site engineer. 19 P/F of 120 watt Led flood lights incl 2.5 mm wiring incl all accessories complete job of approved band and manufacture.
