Tender For Face-lifting Of Ps Shiva Doda By Way Of Ceiling, Doors And Windows Of 03 Acr And Kitchen Shed.- 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: 1 meter from cutting edge All kinds of soil 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 4 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 6 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter withbitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats ofapproved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, raftersand trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 19 Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 20 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position :Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 21 Providing and fixing 4.50 mm thick hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately) Standard Quality board 22 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, allnecessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.
