Annual Maintenance Contract For Maintenance Of Electrical Equipments Falling Under Unit- 6, Ptps (Including Energized System Of Unit 1- To 4 And Unit-5) For A Period Of Two Years-- 1 Important Note: The Bidders shall fill 1st year rates in Row from Sl.no. 1.01 to 1.17 ,2nd year rates in Row from Sl.no. 2.01 to 2.17 and extension period rates from Sl no. 3.01 to 3.17. The Item at Sl no.1.01 , 2.01 & 3.01 are AMC work (Fixed monthly rate) and rest are ARC work (Unit rate). 2 1st Year Part-A Lump-sum rates per month for Part-A (Scope of work as per Annexure-II )The rates quoted should be lump sum per month includingwages,ESI, EPF,T&P, consumables etc. 3 1st Year Part-B Local shifting (with in plant) of LT motors both side & placing it on its foundation/proper position (bothside) including decoupling, coupling and alignment forAbove 2KW to 10 KW 4 Above10KW to 50 KW 5 Above 50 KW to 100 KW 6 Above100 KW to 180 KW 7 Laying of underground cables (depth Max upto 3 feet) including excavation, covering the cable with bricks & sand and backfilling of soil taken out.
