Tender For Reactor Containment Building Integrity Test In Fbtr Complex At Igcar, Kalpakkam For The Year 2025.; 1 Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system for RCB Integrity Test using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. all complete as per directions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2 From 0.00m to 15.00m. 3 From 15.00m to 25.00m. 4 From 0.00m to -14.50m. 5 Supplying and applying two coats of clean araldite epoxy resin (two part compound HY 250 hardener HY 840) after mixing thoroughly as per manufacturers specification over the penetrations and other places marked/ shown including preparation of the surfaces etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supplying of soap oil with minimum soap content of 15% in 5 liter/10 liter containers and conveying the same to different locations from (-) 14.50 metres to (+) 23.50 metres including the transporting to site, providing measuring jar for mixing the required proportion, providing water drums for mixing etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Applying soap solution mixed with water over the entire RCB peripheral gallery area including all embedment, penetrations area etc., including collecting, conveying and placing empty drums, filling them with water, mixing soap solution etc., and applying/pouring by manual spray machine using existing scaffolding all as directed at site including returning the unused soap solution if any, at all elevations and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 From 0.00m to -14.50m. 9 Applying soap solution mixed with water over the entire RCB external surface by using already erected scaffolding including all embedment, penetrations, Dome area etc., including collecting, conveying and placing empty drums, filling them with water, mixing soap solution etc., and applying/pouring by manual spray machine all as directed at site including returning the unused soap solution if any, at all elevations and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 From 0.00m to 23.50m. 11 Overall rebate (Optional) 12 INR Zero Only
