Repair/Renovation Of Dak Banglow Teetwal- Providing and fixing of euro fashion panelling of required shape and size including sprit polishing on panelling surface, two or more coats to make good finish and includingall fittings and fixtures etc, complete job.(As per the directions of engineer in charge). 2 P/F of 10mm thick plywood including 2”x2” wooden planks, cost of nails and all fittings and fixtures, complete job. 3 Providing and fixing of 8mm thick pre laminated wooden flooring of approved brand and make including all accessories like Therma coal etc and including the carriage and cost of fittings and fixtures, complete job 4 Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, includingincluding dismantling of old WC seat and “S” or “P” trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete 5 Dismantling tile work in floors and wall tiles laid in cement mortar including stacking, dismantling and disposal of unserviciblematerial. 6 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 7 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles(thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete job. 8 Providing and fixing wash basinof approoved brand and make as per directions of engineer in charge. 9 Providing and installation of 1.5 ton hot and cold [air conditioner] of approved quality including providing 5kva servo stablizer of approved quality with 4 square mm supply line with 32 amp mcb complete job as per the directions of engineer in charge at site with all carriages upto site of work all inclusive of cost of material and fitting charges. 10 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. 11 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 12 Supplying and fixing stainless steel curtain rods of approved brand and make and as per the directions of Engineer in charge 13 Supplying and fixing stainless steel curtain rod finials / brackets as supports to curtain rods of approved brand and as per the directions of Engineer in charge 14 Providing and fixing ofcurtains (crewl work)4 feet wide of approved brand and makeand as per the directions of Engineer in charge 15 P/F Of Electric Lighting Points Incl. all fittings and fixtures and all the allied accessories 16 Supplying and fixing of conceded lights of approved brand and make. 17 Electric Heating points including the cost of wiring complete job, to be providedas per the directions of engineer in charge. 18 Supply & Fixing of Bib Cock ISI marked and of approved brand and make ( Somany CERA Handware ) including fitting as required and as per the directions of Engineer in charge, complete job 19 Supply & fixing of soap case of approved make and brand as per the directions of engineer in charge. 20 Providing and fixing ofof 1.0 Horse Power WaterMotor of approved quality isi marked kirlosker, Greaves,crompton. 21 Providing & fixing of looking Mirror of approved brand and make as per direction of engineer in charge. 22 Supply & Fixing Of Basin Mixer of approved brand and make and as per the directions of engineer in charge. 23 Supply & Fixing Of Wall Mixer of approved brand and make and as per the directions of engineer in charge. 24 Supply & Fixing Of PVC Connections of approved brand and make and as per the directions of engineer in charge 25 Supply & Fixing Of Angle Valve of approved brand and make and as per the directions of engineer in charge. 26 Supply & fixing of towel rail Stainless Steel 27 P/A of an even shade of snowsum of approved brand and make to the exterior walls as per the directions of engineer in charge including all carriages complete job.
