PROJECT IN BHOGRAI BLOCK IN BALASORE DISTRICT UNDER REINFORCEMENTGRANT-2024-25-- 1 Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing & levelling of bed within initial lead of 50mt. & lift of 1.5mtr etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 2 Filling in foundation & plinth with sand including watering & ramming etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 3 Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm size h.g.b. hand broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry with ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost, taxes, royalty convence charge of all material to worksite, supply of cement T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 4 Cement concrete (1:2:4)using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality for approve quorry including water and curring with cost taxes royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 5 Brick work with Fly ash Brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerrance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge. 6 12mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 7 Cement Punning over the plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 8 R.C.C. work in C.C. (1:2:4) including hoisting & laying & curring for 28 days using 12mm. Size clean black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality and from approve quarry including cost taxes conveyance charges of all materials to the worksite with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 9 Filling the foundation and plinth with excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 10 Colour washing three coat with stone lime and colouring materials per 1 Sqm 11 Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 12 Monoblock pump set total head of 18 mtrs capable to discharge 1700 LPM with 10HP/7.5KW squirrel cage induction motor fitted with bronze impeller TB-2 of IS 318/1981, companion flanges & Class Finsulation suitable for operation 415 volt +6%-15% 3 phase, 50Hz AC poweer supply suction/deliveery = 100mmx100mm with BEE Star rated energy efficiency Pump & as per IS-9079/2002 with overall efficiency 62 to 65% of reputed brand having wide dealership net work for easy availability of spares. 13 Labour charges for installation of 10HP Monoblock Motor including fitting & fixing of base frame, fitting & fixing suction and delivery pipe to motor, NR Valve, Foot Valve, Sluice Valve and other fitting materials including cutting ,threading, welding and construction of supporting pillar including transportation etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 14 100 mm Ø nominal bore G.I. pipe having wall thickness 4.5 mm electrical resistance welded of medium class confirming to IS - 1239 (pt-1 of 2004) with socketed at one end and the other end protected with plastic thread protector. The socket confirming to IS-1239 (pt-II/1992) with latest amendmewnts in random length of 4 to 7 mtrs. Each pipe should bear ISI certification & manufacturers name / Trade mark. 15 100 mm dia G.I. bend IS No.1239(Part-II/1992) 16 100 mm dia G.I. flange IS No.6392 / 1971 17 100 mm Ø C.I. Foot Valve should be of swing type friction less with single disc confirming to IS – 4038/1979 of reputed brand 18 100mm dia GI Socket IS 1239 (Part-II/1992 ) 19 100x100x25mm G.I. Tee with Plug for priming 20 5/8 x3 Nut bolt & Foundation Nut boltas per IS specification 21 1/8 thick Rubber Insertion as per IS specification 22 cost of 200mm×110mm dia PVC reducing socket. 23 Base frame for panel (size 0.40mx0.20m) made with 3 size M.S. channel having suitable holes for fitting of panel Board, coloured with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of smokes grey enamel paint & Base frame for motor (size 0.50mx0.27m) made with 3 size M.S. channel having suitable holes for fittings of different size and make 3 phase centrifugal monoblock pump set from 10 H.P. to 15 H.P. coloured with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of smoke grey enamel paint. 24 Motor hood size (0.45mx0.45mx0.60m) made with 18 SWG (cold rolled M.S.Sheet with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of smoke gray / navey blue enamel n both side (inside & outside) suitable to cover centrifugal monoblock Pump Set from 10 HP to 15 HP and having provision for attachement with the groves on rear side of the pannel board. 25 Control Pannel with Automatic Star delta Starter, sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation of Squirrel cage induction motor up to 10 HP with 16 Amp (AC -3) duty contractor at 415 Volt+6%-15%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply with over load relay range 6.00 to 9.50 Amp & no volt coil with electronic timer suitable for operation at voltage range of 300 to 440 V. The Starter should provide dependable protection against over load and single phasing fitted with Volt meter,Ameter,MCB in complete shape including Indicator Lamp 26 63 Amp Main Switch Triple pole & neutral of voltage range 440 volt of re-wirable fuse and shall confirm to IS 4064 part I & with ISI mark. 27 3 x 10 sqmm Tarpodar cable XLPE (Cross link polyethylin) conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) including laying below .9mtr. of the ground and filling the excavated materials including watering and ramming. 28 Cost of Empty outdoor irrigation panel board (size 0.45mx0.25mx1.20m) of 18 SWG (cold rolled) M.S. sheet with one coat of red oxid primer and two coats of smoke gray / navey blue enemel paint on both side ( inside & outside) suitable to mount 3 phase starter, Main Switch and capacitor inside the pannel board vertically over 18 SWG M.S. sheet. The pannel board should be provided with locking arrangement and have grover on rear side for fixing motor hood. The danger board should be fixed on the to of the pannel door. 29 Construction of 3 phase 11 KV line as per REC standard confirming to IE Rules 1956 with 400 kg 10 M long PSC Pole with 80 Sqmm AAAC ,11 KV V Cross arm, with required No.of 11 KV T & C Disc. Insulators in tension point &11 KV Pin insulators, Couping & Padding of Poles. Danger Board at each Pole, Anti Climbing Devices, Stay Set at Bending point & double stay at end point with 18 mm G.I.H.T.Stay, concreting of Stay with Anchor plate, guarding at Road crossings etc. including cost of all materials, labour transportation,inspection & commissioning etc. complete. 30 Construction anderection of 11 /0.4 KV ,25 KVA Double Pole mounted Substation Star rated confirming to RE Rules 1956, mounted on 2.44 Mtr. Long structure, supported in 400 kg 10 mtr long PSC pole,transformer hard channel & top channel made of 2.8 M long 100 X 50 X 6 mm M.S.Channel, Transformer belting on 2.80 M long 50 X 50 X 5 mm M.S.Angle, (all REC SPN Std.F-3) with all accessories like 3 pole 11 KV HG Fuse(F-5)& A.B.Switches(F-9) both mounted on 2.8 M long 75 X 40 X 6 mm M.S.Channel and supported by 1.0 M long 50 X 50 X 5 mm M.S.Angle, with 3 No. 11 KV Lightening Arrestors & Distribution box for25 KVA S/S, G.I.pipe earthingwith 25X5mm G.I.Flatsincluding cost of 25 KVA 11/0.4 K.V.Transformer , 35 Sqmm 3 1/2 Core PVC Cable - 40 mtr couping & padding of Poles, Danger board at each Pole, Anti climbing Devices & all other necessary fittings i.e required size Nuts & Bolts, Brackets, Cable, Cable Sockets, barbed fencing ( size (15x10) with constn. of retaining wall, erection of RCC fencing post , sand filling and metal spreading ,fixing of iron grill gate etc as per cesu specification etc. including cost of all materials, labour , transportation complete with liasioning for testing inspection & commissioning. 31 Consturction of Barbed wall of Substation 32 Electrical installation with electrical materials such as PVC tape, ampere tape, 7/20 PVC copper wire, 3/20 PVC copper wire, G.I. flexible conduite pipe, No.6 G.I. wire, copper cable socket, G.I. socket and flange and petty materials required for electrical installation. All materials should be as per IS. 33 Electrical Earthingwith digging earth pit of size (2 ft X 2 ft X 3 ft ) and using 1/2 G.I pipe ,No -6 G.I wire ,cable socket ,Flange , carcoal, salt etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. 34 3 X 2.5 mm2 s/s Flat cable
