04 - Aanganbadi Repairing Work At Kankarwa-1, Kankarwa-2, Kankarwa-3, In Bhopalsagar Cluster-2, Block Bhopalsagar Dist - Chittorgarh - Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar. 2 Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead:Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead:Of area 3 square meter and below. 3 Taking out doors, windows and clearstory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead: Of area 3 square meter and below. 4 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm. 6 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 7 Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel propsand removal of formwork for upto floor five level for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, staircases, balconies, girders, cantilevers, bands, coping bed plates,anchorblocks,sills,chhajjas,lintel,beam, plinth beam etc. 8 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. (Original producers who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code) 9 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcementfor Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix 10 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure aboveplinth level and upto five levelabove 30cm. thick walls in :Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 11 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 12 Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide 13 Providing and fixing Square bars or other flat welded to window, ventilatiors etc. 14 Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm12mmX 12mm 15 Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thicksingle leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint Add extra for double leaf shutters. 16 Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 18 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thickbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completewith base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm : 19 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick. 20 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- 21 Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. 22 Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. 23 Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectureds specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. 24 Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. 25 Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. 26 Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. 27 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 28 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on old work 29 One or more coats on old work 30 Providing & laying broken glazed tiles on roof ( broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg ofVG-40 (30/40 )grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. OfVG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 31 P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2.) approved quality /makeincluding joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.110 mm dia 32 P & F 1.2mm thickM.S. Recessed fan box, hexagonal/ round of size 130 mm dia, depth 75mm,12 mm dia rod fan hook with 100 mmlength extended on each side .
