Construction of EWS-544 Nos. & LIG-288 Nos. Flats (G+3) at Ummedpura, Kota under AHP. CMJAY-2015 Model 4 A(i)1. The proposal is invited under provision 4 A (i) of CMJAY-2015. The super built up area shall be 325.89 sqft for EWS flats and 500.81 sqft for LIG flats. Out of total land parcel, EWS & LIG housing Scheme will be constructed on 75% of the land area remaining 25% of land will be allotted to developer free of cost in lieu of construction work on 75% land area. The developer is required to quote per sqft rate (The maximum ceiling rate is Rs. 1200/Sqft) for construction of EWS/LIG flats including all requisite internal development works. The developer shall also be given other incentives viz maximum permissible FAR (2.25 without betterment levy for 75% part of EWS & LIG and for 25% part as per provision in building byelaws) The developer quoting lowest rate of construction shall be work award
