Male) including supply and instalation of all fitting, fixure, Sanitary items, Indian and Europian WC, wash basin, electrical wiring and fixures, drainage, provision of water supply, floor tiling, wall tiling and other consumables, labours, tools tackles etc required for complting the work for making it operational) : |
| 3 | A tetative drawing of toilet blocks is attached herewith however, the design and architectural drawings pertaining to Toilet Blocks for Male & Female Washrooms (Toilet Blocks) are to be provided by the bidder/vendor for approval before start of work. |
| 4 | The rate quoted/agreed by the vendor is all inclusive and inclusive of all tools, tackle, labour, consumable, material and not limited to this and all required items to complete the work as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. [Rate to include whitening, scaffolding, shuttering, bar binding, tools & tackles etc complete. ] |
| 5 | EARTH WORK IN EXCAVATION & BACKFILLING |
| 6 | Surface dressing & Earth work in excavation for foundations and plinth beams etc to line and level as per foundation drawings, stacking the excavated material on the sides of excavation and backfilling selected material in layers not exceeding 200mm thickness, and compactingto 95% modified proctor density after the concreting works are completed upto ground level and dispose of the surplus material as per directions of Engineer-in-charge within the plant boundary. |
| 7 | Providing and filling of good soil, to be brought from outside and spreading / filling the same in layers under foundations & Floors and compacting in layers to give at least 90% of maxm dry density as per IS: 2720. Rate to include cost of soil, transportation, all testing, rolling, watering etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |

Point wiring shall also include circuit wiring from Lighting DB to switchboard. The scope includes to provide/supply and installation of Electrical wire, switches sockets, fixures, LED etc to make the provision of lighting arrangemnet in each block including toilet rooms, urinal area, basin area. Work to be completed in all respects & as per specification and approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
