To offer the rate for - (1) Demolition of 7 nos. of old buildings at TANSI Project Cell (D), wall tax road, Chennai- 600 003 and 2 Nos. of Old toilets at the same location without causing any disturbance whatsoever to the public/neighbours by way of electricity disturbance, pollution disturbance, traffic disturbance, falling of demolition materials into neighbor premises utiliziling all tools, accessories, JCB vehicles etc. and workmen at the contractor scope and segregation of itemwise materials iron and steel angles, in the same premises.The total area for demolition is as follows:1.R.C.C.Buildings – 192.87 m22.G.C.SHEET SHED -1350.43m23.A.C.SHEET ROOF- 596.63 M2Total area : 2139.93 m2 or (23,034 sq.ft).

(2) Sale of segregated iron and steel materials including structures, wooden materials, other particles, other debris materials etc., by removing the same from the above premises through bidders transportation by utilizing all accessories and workmen.
