Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 22 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 23 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work formass concrete 24 Foundations, footings, bases for columns 25 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms 26 Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and wallsUnder 20 cm wide 27 Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 28 Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts 29 Providing and fixing white vitreous china extended wall mounting water closet of size 780x370x690 mm of approved shape including providing and fixing white vitreous china cistern with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 liter/6 liter (adjustable to 4 liter/8 liters), including seat cover, and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc complete. 30 Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.(i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diametre 31 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).Second class deodar wood 32 Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Second class deodar wood 35mm 33 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood 34 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding 35 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings.
