Renovation Of Malak Nag At Anantnag.- 1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material upto 2km lead and HL 100M 2 Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaningmachine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervisingengineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewerline from 150mm dia upto 300mm 3 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material upto 2km lead and 100m HL 4 Silt clearance from canals. Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively ) and disposal of same upto 2km lead and 100m HL 5 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including disposal of same outside muncipal limits lead of 2kms and 100m HL. thickness above 25mm upto 50mm 6 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material with 100 m HL 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 7 Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains ordrains and the like. 8 engagement of labours for various miscellinious and unforseen event of works strictly as per direction of engineer in charge 9 engagement of tractors for taking out mulba and unhygenic material as per direction of engineer in charge 10 Earth work in excavation by Manual means in trenches for foundations,drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sidesand ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earthband disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed. (in all kinds of soils). 11 P/L Stone Soling of Specified size duely hand packed incl. all carriages and HL 12 Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 mix incld all costs, carriages. HL Complete Job 13 Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:2:4mix incld all costs carriages. HL Complete Job 14 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of thesame for foundatons. 15 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stackingof serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50meters lead. 16 P/F of 25mm thick devri stone of size as directed by engineer in charge in floors in cement mortar 1:4 mixincl pointinglead of upto 50M and carriage of all material upto site of work complete job 17 P/F of 25mm thick devri stone tile cladding in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing , complete job incl carriage of material 18 Providing and laying concrete kerbstone paver block450x300x125 mm face in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing 19 P/l of Ms steel pipe incl earthwork, levelling of bed, laying of pipe in requisite slope, laying of cushion, incl all costs and carriage, complete job 75mm DIA 20 P/F of pvc pipes fixing in cement concrete of 100mm dia , complete job 21 Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness overplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth incl ceiling complete 22 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stoneaggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cementslurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete. 50mm thick carriages. HL Complete Job 23 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade on old work 24 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connectingplate, including cutting, hoisting, welding and fixing in position and applying 2 primingcoat of approved steel primer all complete.
