Tender For special repair of Ri Office Cum Residence Building At Sunabeda- 1 Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 16mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 2 Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nutsincluding stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 3 Providing and fixing G.C.I. sheet in roof drilling hole in wind tiles including fixing of ridge valleys wind tilesincluding cost of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 4 Dismantalling and removing doors, windows and ventilators incl. removal of hinges,fasteningincluding stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 5 Providing 16mm th Cement plaster with1:6cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 6 Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including staging charges with cost of all materials taxes. 7 Providing fittingandfixing M.S. window grill including cost of grill etc. complete. 8 Painting Two coat with approved paint on new wood or iron workincluding cost conveyance of paint and as per direction of the EIC. 9 Supplying Fittingandfixing Vetrified tile in Floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality i 10 Distempering two coat to walls with distemper ofapproved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and as per direction of the EIC. 11 Finishing wall with water proofingweather coat of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of weather coatand as per direction of the EIC. 12 Earth work in hard soil for excavation of foundation including dressing and leveling and as per direction of the EIC. 13 FillingFoundationandPlinthwith sand wellwatered and rammed etc complete incld cost, carriageroyalty of sand . 14 C.C.1:3:6 using40 mm size H.G. metalC.B.of approved qualitywith allcost, carriage, T and P, royalty etc of all materials complete. 15 C.B. brick masonary in C.M.1:6in super structure using 25 x 12 x 8cm size C.B. bricks of crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 including watering for curing with cost, conveyance and royality of all the materials etc. complete 16 Providing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring with C.C 1:2:4using 12mm size HBG chips including punning and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 17 Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminum anodised T section No.3215 with 2 feet 0 inchcenter to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2 feet 0 inchx2 feet0 inch suspended from ceiling including 12.50 mm thick Gypsum board etc complete. 18 Providing and Laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrane plastic feltof 2.25kg/sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20 microns thermoplastic high molecular high density polythlene H.M.H.D.P.E. film of grade 2504 incl. priming the surface with bituminous primerat the rate 0.3kg/sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32kg/sqm, applying and laying plastic felt membrane with 10cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumenat the rate 1.2kg/sqm etc complete.
