Tender For special repair of Ri Office Cum Residence Building At Jharigam- 1 Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundationincluding cost of all labourrequired for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer in Charge 2 Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well wateredandrammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification anddirection of the Engineer in Charge including royalty of materials 3 Providing cement concrete M101:3:6using 40 mm HG Metal in luding cost conveyance of all material,ramming with rammers 4 C.C.1:2:4using 12 mm size C.B. chips including cost of all materials etc. complete. 5 Supplying fitting, fixing, vitrified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost ofall materials,Labour T and P etc required for the work . 6 4 cm thick grading concrete1:2:4on oldroof slab with 12mmanddown graded size hard granite chips complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer in charge 7 12 mm thick cement plaster in c.m.1:6over brick walls with Cost, Conveyance and taxes etc. complete. 8 Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved said on old work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete. 9 Finishing plastered surface of walls with Acrylic wall puttyWater Based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes labourTandP etc complete. 10 Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including costof all materials, labour charges, T and P etc required for the work complete.as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 11 Supplying, Fitting and fixing M.S. door and windows with cost, conveyance and taxes etc. complete. 12 Labour for fitting, fixing M.S door and windows including angle, choukaths in double leaves. 13 Painting two coats over a coat of primer on new wood/iron work with any approved enamel paint including cost of all materials etc. complete. 14 Providing WC pan, Sanitary and Water Supply Connection including fittings , labour , conveyance etc complete as per the direction of EIC. 15 Supplying, fitting, fixing up windowsliding typemade up aluminum Section 151154, 151155, as windows frame section No. 151 155, 151153 and 151167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T and P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer incharge 16 Supplying providing fittingandfixing G.C.I sheets in roof drilling in wind ties including fixing of ridges vallys wind ties with cost conveyance taxesandlabour charges for fittingandfixing in position with cost of all labour materials etc complete
