Tender For special repair of Storage Godown Building Occupied By The Je Umerkote- 1 Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 16mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 2 Providing 16mm th Cement plaster with1:6cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 3 Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including staging charges with cost of all materials taxes. 4 Painting Two coat with approved paint on new wood or iron workincluding cost conveyance of paint and as per direction of the EIC. 5 Supplying Fittingandfixing Vetrified tile in Floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality i 6 Providing and laying 2.5cm thick grading concrete 1:2:4on old roof slab using 12mm and down graded size hgcb chipsincluding cost of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 7 Distempering two coat to walls with distemper ofapproved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and as per direction of the EIC. 8 Finishing wall with water proofingweather coat of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of weather coatand as per direction of the EIC. 9 Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 10 Earth work in hard soil for excavation of foundation including dressing and leveling and as per direction of the EIC. 11 Providing and filling manually sand in layers well watered and rammedand as per direction of the EIC. 12 Providing Cement Concrete1:3:6using 40mm size hgcb metal including watering and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 13 Providing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring with C.C 1:2:4using 12mm size HBG chips including punning and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 14 Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil witin 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximun 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exzceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the EIC.
