Tender For special repair of Twin E Type Quarters Building At Rw Division Umerkote- 1 Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well wateredandrammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification anddirection of the Engineer in Charge including royalty of materials 2 Providing cement concrete M101:3:6using 40 mm HG Metal in luding cost conveyance of all material,ramming with rammers 3 C.C.1:2:4using 12 mm size C.B. chips including cost of all materials etc. complete. 4 Supplying fitting, fixing, vitrified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost ofall materials,Labour T and P etc required for the work . 5 12 mm thick cement plaster in c.m.1:6over brick walls with Cost, Conveyance and taxes etc. complete. 6 Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved said on old work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete. 7 Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including costof all materials, labour charges, T and P etc required for the work completeas per direction of the Engineer in charge. 8 Painting two coats over a coat of primer on new wood/iron work with any approved enamel paint including cost of all materials etc. complete. 9 Filling F and P with sandy soil / Gravel or Murrom with well watered and rammed etc. Complete. 10 Providing fittingandfixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2 feet 0 inch center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2 feet 0 inchwith prelaminated particle board suspended from ceiling etc complte as per the direction of the EIC.etc complete. 11 Providing WC pan, Sanitary and Water Supply Connection including fittings , labour , conveyance etc complete as per the direction of EIC. 12 Supplying, fitting, fixing up windowsliding typemade up aluminum Section 151 154, 151 155, as windows frame section No. 151155, 151 153 and 151 167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T and P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge 13 Supplying, providing, fixing ofM.S. Angles and pipes including all labour , cost taxes, transportation etc. complete. 14 Labour charges for fitting and fixing in position of M.S.Gates , windows and openingsas per approved design including cost of all materials complete. 15 Supplying providing fittingandfixing G.C.I sheets in roof drilling in wind ties including fixing of ridges vallys wind ties with cost conveyance taxesandlabour charges for fittingandfixing in position with cost of all labour materials etc complete 16 Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundationincluding cost of all labourrequired for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer in Charge
