Tender For special repair of Ri Office Cum Residence Building At Singisari- 1 Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 2 Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 16mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 3 Dismantalling and removing doors, windows and ventilators incl. removal of hinges,fasteningincluding stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the EIC. 4 Providing 6mm thick Cement plaster with (1:4) to R.C.C. surface finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slury treatment and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 5 Providing 12mm thick Cement plaster with (1:6) cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 6 Providing 16mm th Cement plaster with (1:6) cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 7 Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty ( water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including staging charges with cost of all materials taxes. 8 Providing fitting & fixing M.S. window grill including cost of grill etc. complete. 9 Painting Two coat with approved paint on new wood or iron workincluding cost conveyance of paint and as per direction of the EIC. 10 Providing and laying 2.5cm thick grading concrete(1:2:4) on old roof slab using 12mm and down graded size hgcb chipsincluding cost of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 11 Painting two coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paintand as per direction of the EIC. 12 Distempering two coat to walls with distemper ofapproved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and as per direction of the EIC. 13 Finishing wall with water proofingweather coat of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of weather coatand as per direction of the EIC. 14 Providing C.C(1:1½:3) for P.C.C/R.C.C work using 12mm size HBG chips including hoisting and laying and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 15 Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil witin 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximun 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exzceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the EIC. 16 Providing and laying moorum sub base in layers not exceeding 100mm including cost of moorum and as per direction of the EIC.
