Tender For special repair of Ri Office Cum Residence Building At Beheda- 1 Earth work in hard soil for excavation of foundation including dressing and leveling and as per direction of the EIC. 2 Providing and filling manually sand in layers well watered and rammedand as per direction of the EIC. 3 Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hgcb metal including watering and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 4 R.R. Stone masonary in C M (1:6) in foundation and plinth using 30 cm and above size h.g. stone of approved quality including watering for curing with cost, Conveyance and royality of all the materialsand as per direction of the EIC. 5 C.B. brick masonary in C.M. (1:6) in super structure using 25 x 12 x 8cm size C.B. bricks of crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 including watering for curing with cost, conveyance and royality of all the materials etc. complete 6 Providing C.C(1:1½:3) for P.C.C/R.C.C work using 12mm size HBG chips including hoisting and laying and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 7 Column Base 8 Column & Beam 9 Plinth Bend 10 RCC Lintal 11 Chhaja 12 Roof Slab 13 Providing M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting ,bending,binding,tying the grills and placing in position including cost of steel and as per direction of the EIC. 14 Providing 20mm thick Cement plaster with (1:6) cement mortar overstone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 15 Providing 16mm th Cement plaster with (1:6) cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 16 Providing 12mm thick Cement plaster with (1:6) cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the EIC. 17 Providing fitting & fixing M.S. window grill including cost of grill etc. complete. 18 Painting one coat with approved paint on new wood or iron work including cost conveyance of paint and as per direction of the EIC. 19 Supplying Fitting & fixing Vetrified tile in Floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work. 20 Finishing wall with water proofingweather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of weather coatand as per direction of the EIC. 21 Distempering two coat to walls with distemper ofapproved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and as per direction of the EIC.
