Tender For construction of F Type Quarter Building Of Rw Section At Dhodra- 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance of materials, labour T&P, royalty etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in F & P using 40mm size HB/CB bhg metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect. 4 Brickwork with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth with watering and curing with cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete. 5 Brickwork with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including watering and curing withcost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete. 6 Painting two coats withapproved paint including a cost of primer over doors & windows etc. complete. 7 Dismantling of 2.5cm thick old A S flooring stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. comp. 8 Supplying fitting and fixing Vetrified floor tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tileetc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 9 Fixing tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 10 Fixing Granite tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing excluding cost of tiles/marble 11 12mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick work finished smooth after racking out joints with cost, conveyance of materials labour, T&P required for the work including royalty etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 12 16mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick work finished smooth after racking out joints with cost, conveyance of materials labour, T&P required for the work including royalty etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 13 Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mmsize H.G. chips of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation including hoisting laying concrete including royalty, watering curing etc.complete. 14 Wall painting 2 coat with plastic emulation paing of approved shade on new work to give an even shade excluding cost of paint. 15 Finishing the wall surface with two coats of weather seal coat including cost, conveyance & any other taxes of materials & cost of all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 Supplying and fixing MSDoors and Windows including cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.
