Execution Of Work For Mcew (Con) Annual Maintenance To Tomb Of Baharam Sakka, Sher Afgan And Nawab Qutbuddin At Purba Bardhaman, 2025-26 As Per Bid Document; 1 Description and Specification of items to be executed. 2 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 3 Construction of Lime processing/ mortar preparation chamber 2 nos. (Outer Dimension: 2.0 M X 1.25 M x 0.60 M and Inner Dimension: 0.69 M X 0.75 M - 2 Nos combined chamber, separated by partition wall with bricks masonry (Outer wall: 250 mm thk. and Partition wall: 125 mm thk.) and plaster with cement sand mortar (1:4), neat cement punning inside surface of chamber and over brick flat soling platform including necessary shed building with bamboo and tarpaulin sheet and further dismantling and removing of rubbish with in a lead of 50 meter after completion of work. 4 Single line scaffolding with bamboo for brickwork, plastering and painting upto 3 Meter height fixing, shifting and removing all complete, as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 5 Fixing of 1 No grill of span 3.80 metre and height 0.50 metre in position over boundary wall by cutting groove in wall and fixing hinges with necessary materials, cement, sand, aggregate, and mending damages, all complete including welding charges as per requirement at site. 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 7 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel works in Grill over Boundary Wall, as per the direction of the competent authority. 8 Lime plaster of 25 mm thick in masonry wall surface with Lime and Sand mortar mix 1:2 (1 Lime: 2 Fine Sand) prepared in traditional method with fermented ingredients like Galnut, Jaggery, Glue fibers, etc., after cleaning the surface with wooden wire brush free from dust, foreign materials, etc., followed by washing with clean water, etc., smooth rendering, neatly finished, including curing, cleaning, cost of materials, labours, etc., complete as per the specifications including rounding off or chamfering corners for walls surface, all complete, as per the direction of competent authority. 9 Brick work using Non-Modular Burnt Clay Special Size Bricks of Class Designation 7.5 (Size: 200mm x 125mm x 50mm) with Lime Surkhi mortar (1:2) (1 Lime: 2 Shurki) to the Boundary Wall and Monument Wall including necessary curing, all complete. Lime should be slaked at site and Surkhi should be made from fine grinding of first class burnt clay bricks. (20% of old serviceable bricks available at site may be found after demolishing of old brick masonry wall, to be reused). 10 Carefully demolishing brick work manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead at a designated dumping area as per direction of the competent authority.
