annual repair and maintenance of (Civil Work) To Esic Hospital Bibvewadi, Pune. Maharashtra For 2024-25Sh:- Miscellaneous Civil Maintenance Works. -1 Day to Day maintenance and upkeep of all internal and external assets of Non-Residential building at ESIC Hospital Bibvewadi Pune complete with all materials, labour, T & P etc. as required on all days excluding Sundays & National holidays , how ever emergent complaints related plumbing and sewerage shall be attented daily from 09:45 AM to 06:15 PM as per deatils of Office Buildings , external services in Annexure- A ( details of Building )and as per terms and condition attached herewith with following operations . All the dismantle material shall be the property of the contractor 1.1 ESIC Hospital campus Bibvewadi , Pune (Provide 1 No. Multi-task staff Plumber & 1 No. Sewerman cum Helper (with proper uniform and Identity card) and with required T&P like screw driver, Pipe wrench, chiesel,hammer, sewer cleaning rod-10 no, 10 feet ladder etc Note:- uniform colour code decided by ESIC. 1.2 ESIC Hospital campus Bibvewadi , Pune (Provide One Carpenter with helper (with required T&P) is to be deputed once in a month or as and when required by ESIC as per nature of work. The required construction materials are to be provided by the contractor. 1.3 ESIC Hospital campus Bibvewadi , Pune (Provide One welder with helper (along with welding machine eletric/gas and welding rods) is to be deputed twice in a month or as and when required by ESIC as per nature of work. 2 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) 2.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 2.1.1 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 2.2 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing 2.2.1 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources
