    Tender Details

    Tender For routine repairs by way of supply, adjustment and customization of Stainless Steel Wire Rope / Sling Assemblies and allied items for departmental hydraulic pick and carry cranes of QC&P Division, Zainakoot-1. Repairs to departmental pick and carry cranes (Hydra-1650 & C-8000) by way of supply of assembled stainless steel wire rope/sling of reputed make (6m long) of 12mm dia. having load bearing capacity 8 M.T compatible with pick and carry Escorts make hydraulic cranes (Hydra-1665 & C-8000) for lifting of G.I/D.I pipe material. The rope/sling assembly shall be duly fitted with allied accessories like U-bolts (4 Nos. each sling) of stainless steel with nuts, washers, hooks etc. Each assembly properly fastened as per instructions of the incharge Engineer. 2. Repairs to departmental cranes by way of supply of assembled stainless steel wire rope/sling of reputed make (10m long) of 16mm dia. having load bearing capacity 8 M.T compatible with pick and carry Escorts make hydraulic cranes (Hydra-1665 & C-8000) for lifting of G.I/D.I pipe material. The rope/sling assembly shall be duly fitted with allied accessories like U-bolts (6 Nos. each sling) of stainless steel with nuts, washers, hooks etc. Each assembly shall be properly fastened as per instructions of the incharge Engineer. 3. Replacement by way of supply of Alloy Steel galvanized screw pin type de-shackle of minimum SWL (Safe Working Load) of 5 M.T including compatible screw pin. 4. Replacement by way of supply of Marine grade, constructed of forged steel, durable corrosion-resistant, heavy duty clevis grab hooks of minimum capacity 5.0 M.T compatible for pick and carry hydra cranes (Model: 1665 and C-8000),
