    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - 1 Support Services Water proofing of roof (including parapet) Providing and applying single component liquid applied elastomeric acrylic PU hybrid waterproofing coating system (a) Thorough surface preparation, proper cleaning, repair of cracks and joints wherever required. (b) Treatment of cracks on concrete surface with PU sealant/sealing compound and fibre mesh. (c) Application of self priming coat (33% water dilution). (d) 1st coat of Damp proof Ultra or roof seal or equivalent scheme without dilution spreading at 0.450 litres / sq m / coat with 45 GSM fibre mesh. (e) 2nd coat of Dam proof Ultra roof seal or equivalent scheme without dilution spreading at 0.450 litres / sq m. (f) Top coat to be UV resistant, solar reflective and chemical resistant. (g) Ensure slope on roof surface is maintained for proper drainage of water. (h) Ensure all drainage points are operational for proper drainage of water. OR COMPLETE EQUIVALENT SCHEME Water proofing of walls. (i) The system should achieve Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of minimum 450-500 microns) Providing and Applying high build durable exterior elastomeric high quality acrylic and high solid polymer contain and high dust pick up resistance, waterproofing wall coating.
