Tender For Development Of Apna Panchayat Ghar At Block Sangrama Hq With Procurement Of Furniture And Other Allied Items, Pyt Halqa Sangrama, Under Adp/Bdc Year 2025-26 Block, Sangrama- 1 Dismantling of existing roof sheets with structural steel truss carefully, stacking the serviceable material for reuse and re-installation of the available structural steel truss and refixing of existing roof sheets in proper alignment with necessary bolts, nuts, welding and finishing complete as directed by Engineer-in charge. 2 Dismantling of existing plywood ceiling including carefully taking down, stacking and storing the serviceable material at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. 3 Providing of Colour Coated high Rib Profile G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape. 0.50mm thick 4 P/F of Structual Steel built up sectionin truss rafters, Purlines, Tie Beams Gusset Plates ETC including Cutting, Welded hoisting and Placing in Position 5 Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to five level: 1:1.5:3(1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 crushed graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excld.carriage of all materials involved complete. 6 Centringandshutteringincludingstrutting,proppingetcandremovalofformworkfor foundations, footings, bases of column etc for mass concrete. 7 Centringandshutteringincludingstrutting,proppingetcandremovalofformwork -Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto and above plinth level 9 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand) 10 Providing ridges or hips /valley of width 40cm overall width plain Colour Coted G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 11 P/Fixing of 0.20 mm colour coated Panelling sheets for soffits and eves boarding & sides incl all fixtures complete job . 12 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles(thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.-white ivory 13 Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.2mm 14 Carriage of Stone Agg/Sand for an avg lead of 15 kms by MT 15 Providing /Fixing CIB including Photographs of work before, during & after execution of work complete job
