1- Online Testing to be conducted on Transformer :-(A) 1- On line Partial Discharge Measurement.2- Thermographic Measurement.3- Noise Level Measurement.4- Vobration Level Measurement.5- Oil Test (NABL Approved Lab):(i)- General oil test as per IS 1866:2000 (Resistivity, Tan delta, BDV. Water PPM. IFT. Acidity, Flash point & Sludge content)(ii)- DGA as per relevant IEC(iii)- Furan analysis

2- Online Testing to be conducted on Transformer:-(1)- Capacitance & ten Delta of Bushing & Windings.(ii)- Turn Ratio at each taps.(iii)- Vector Group test.(iv)- Short Circuit Impedance test.(v)- Megnetizing current on each tap.(vi)- Magnetic balance test.(vii)- Winding resistance at all taps.(viii)- IR & PI Test.(ix)- Sweep frequency response analysis test & Mechanical assessment.(x)- Frequency response on stray loss test (FRSL)(xi)- Leakage Reactance & Impendance measurement.(xii)- Dynamic Contact resistance test for OLTC performance check.(xiii)- Moisture assessment & Dielectric analysis of winding insulation (FDS measurement).

NOTE-1.All testing equipment (with latest calibration from NABL lab) will be provided by the contractor.2.Cost of transportation for Oil samples & shifting of all testing equipment will be in the scope of the contractor. No extra payment will be done.3.Petty or sub-contracting will not be allowed.4.Contractor should have their own NABL Approved lab.5.Recommendation to be given by firm as per test results..
