| 1 | Supply, installng, testing and commissioning indoor type, step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 200 KVA capacity, core type, copper wound, on HV& LV oil immerse, naturally cooled, Oil Natural - Air Natrual (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV)and having 7 step tapings at +/- 2.5% of each step to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance methodafter continuous full load run on ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be in accordance with IS-1180 Part -I 2014 and shall comprise of the following :-(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers fitted in cable box.(b) Cable box on both HT < sideconsisting ofporcelain bushing with copper / brass rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for taking out LT supply. The size of cable box at LT side should be suitable for terminating 3 Nos 3.5 Core 185 Sqmm Armoured Aluminium Cable. |
