Tender For Periodical Services To Certain Technical Buildings In Tech Area At Af Stn Naliya; 1 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise desribed over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for preparation of old steel painted surfaces and applying one coat of sythentic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for preparation of old steel painted surfaces and applying two coats of sythentic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of (1mm thick) plaster of peris putty on wall, complete all as specifed and directed.Note : The debris obtained from removal of existing surface shall be disposed off to outside MD land and shall be deposited at any approved locations as ascertained by the contractor. No any extra cost shall be entertained on this ground. 7 Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wallsand applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and applying onecoat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specifed and directed 9 Material and labour for preparation of old decorated/painted surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed 10 Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position of brick or concrete surfaces & racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on celing, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 2mm thick wall care putty over plastered surface, complete all as specifed and as directed 14 Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed 15 Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of debries to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 2 Km, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
