Tender For Special Repair And Certain Sanction Work Of E/M Items At Mil Stn Bhuj Under Ge Army Bhuj; 1 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 500 KVA outdoor/indoor type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC with oil immersed naturally cooled, delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbal DY-II , IS 1180 Level -2 with neutralbrought out on secondary side and having tapping in step of ± 5% to± 10 ½ % to be changed by mean of hand operated over load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335, and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-2026, the transformer should be fixed with cable box on LT side and brass cable gland HV bushings, oil temprature gauge 100mm dia dial type dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil conservator explosion vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, extra bushing to restore out side cable box for providing independent earthings and neutral fittings, lugs and two earthing terminal and all other standard accessories complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for fabrication of moveable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 500 KVA transformer, LT feeder pillar box along with HT/LT cable complete with I - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley both ways at 180 degree complete to move from one place to another and comprising of following components as appended below:-(a) Fabrication of chasis of movable trolley made out of 6mm thick MS base plate of size not less then 3mx2.6mx1.25m (LWH) welded on (ISMC) heavy duty channel of size not less then100x50x6mm of length 3 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length not less then 2.6 mtr- 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner including rubber flap of size 7.50, 16 ply with steel rim of load capacity 6.0 Tonne and heavy duty excel of suitable size of suitable length mtr - 02 Nos for 4 wheels, eye hook provision for transporting trolly with the help of tractor or other vehicles from one place to another place and four column or pillers for standing the trolly free from wheels.(b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS plate of size 6mm thick duly welded all around the base platform of trolley of height 1.25 meter, base frame made out of angle iron of size not less then 50 x 50 x 6 mm and vertical supports 40x40x6mm (2 end supports and 2 middle supports in each direction and to be provided all around) including wire mesh of size 10SWG and height of 1.0m fixed with MS flat iron of size not less then 25mmx4mm with suitable size of nuts bolts and washers including Provn of door opening at rear of the trolley of size not less then 2.6mx1.0m using angle iron of size not less then 40x40x6mm including locking arrangment and suitable steps for eoeration & maintenance purpose, hinges, welding etc complete with back open-able shutter duly hinged (heavy duty).(c) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/channels/base plate/tyre rims shall be painted with 02 coats of syenthetic enamel paints (Light grey) shade over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preparation of steel sufraces complete all as specified ad directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (i) Transformershall be mounted on the trolley as such necessary arrangment for mounting of transformer and LT panel shall be made as per manufacturerss instructions.(ii) Design of trolley must be as per technical specification as above complete all as specified and directed.(iii) Contractor must submit drawing and technical details of trolley before placing the orders complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core complete complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply & install LT Panel board factory made cubical outdoor type, double door, varmin and weather proof ofwith fixing arrangement on trollymade out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with locking arrangement and gasket arrangement including 01 No MCCB800 Amp, 36 KA, 4 pole-1 No,digital multi function meter, Indicator lamp and all connected items complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3 mm copperstrip with insulator complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply, install, test and commisioning copper wound step down transformer, Level 2 ,outdoor type with stranded fittings, ONAN, Vector group DYN11, HT 11 KV, 3 phase, LT, 433 Volts 3 Phase, 4 wire all as per IS 1180 ( Part- I ) : 2014 including latese amendment to till date and designed with EEL 03 as per the direction of Accepting Officer consideration with off load tapings having +/- 2.5% to - 5% of HV in steps of 2.5 % of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and including the following:-(a) Three Nos porcelain bushings HT 11 KV with bushing rods,nuts and washers inside cable end box complete.(b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 nos porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers with two nos cable gland suitable size complete.(c ) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge complete.(d) Dehydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent complete.(e) Explosion vents.(f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover complete.(g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate complete.(h) The earthing terminal two Nos to tank to faciliate fixing of earth strip complete.(j) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete.(k) Lifting hook.(l) Oil level gauge and oil drain filter valve.(m) Air relief valve plug.(n) Detachable rollers ( four Nos).(o) Initial filling to transformer oil. 9 M&L for Earthing complete withc opperearth plate electrode 60×60cm.×3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 20X3 mmby means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Note No 1 :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard /dense soil , PCC type C-I (1:3:6) chamber , PCC 1:2:4 type B-I cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars,150 mm c/c both ways, funnelwith watering pipe 20 mm dia medium graded , GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to items No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing specified on SI page No. 389 of SSR Part - II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separatelly if required under appropriate Schedule. Note No 2 :- (i)Earthing shall be tested as specified incasul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) On teting after complataion of earthing,if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by thecontractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge. 10 M & L for shifting of any capacity pole or structuture mountedtransformer from site to MES yard including disconncetion of existing HT, LT conncetion complete all as specified and directed. 11 NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
