Tender For Bid Invitation Information For Open Gym Material Material Installation Tribal (Nibn.01/2025-26)-01 Supply & fixing Equipment for open Gym as per following details. Item should be fix properly including E/W & C.C. in M-20 as per requirement. SIT UP & PULL BOARD DOUBLE: PRODUCT DIMENSIONS: 1760mm (Length) x 1140mm (Width) x 660mm (Height). SAFE WORKOUT AREA: -2500mm (Length) x 1600mm (Width). The Sit up Board double made from C Class Gi pipe. Center column made from 100mm NB C class G.I. Pipe. The main frame is of 25mm NB made from C Class Gl pipe. FRP sheet of 3mm thickness is molded on main frame. The remaining frame of the sit up board is of 32mm NB made from C class Gi pipe. The powder coating is done with Pure Polyester powder Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness. The foundation used for fixing is a structure and made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB Cclass Welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.5. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Supply & fixing Equiopment for open Gym as per following details. Item should be fix properly including E/W & CC. in M-20 as per requirement. *LEGG PRESS DIMENSIONS:-1840mm (Length) x 360mm (Width) x 1560mm. (Height). *SAFE AREA-2.8 x 1.4Mtr. *Leg Press equipment made from C Class G.I. pipe of different NB. NB stands for Norminal Bore Sizes le. *Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters *The center pipe is of 100mm NB made from C Class G1. pipe. *The Sleeve frame is of 100 DD and of M.S. Seamless Pipe with thickness 5mm. This sleeve can be disassembled from main frame. *The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The remaining outer frame is of 32NB made from C class G.1. pipe. 02 The foundation used for fixing is structure and made from center pipe of G.I. of 80mm. NB C class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.5. angle of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC. square pipe of 3mm thickness. *Seat & Back rest provided are made up of MS deep draw quantity of 2mm thickness with no joint with uniform outer edge radius 20mm. *The footrests are made from casted Aluminum material, having sizes 130mm X 310mm X 5mm thick. With the support of 310mm X 130mm X 3mm thick MS plate. *The frame of footrests made up of 25 NB C class G.I. pipe. *Closing Caps are made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. *To build structure bushes are used which are made from M.S. seamless pipe of 50mm C.D. and 5mm thickness. *The pins used are made up of Ø25 mm SAE 8620 bright material. *The bearings used are of 6205zz permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed Brand. *High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly. seselige used for arrombly are of 424 mm Providing and fixing of Cross trainer of size not less than 1320mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) 1750mm (Height), to enhance the mobility of upper and lower limbs and improve the flexibility of joints. The main structure frame shall be made from G.L. pipe minimum of 80NB C class welded with M.S. round base plate atleast 250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of atleast 25NB C Class G.I. Pipe. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size not less than 130mm x 310mm x 5mm thickness and mounted on MS. Plate of Size 130mm x310rnm x 3mm thick. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powders Paints with 60 to7O Micron thickness, complete in all respect includig fixing the M. S holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure. etc
