Repair and Renovation of CMO office DISTT capex- p/f polyuinge chloride PVC pannel on walls & ceiling incl. frame(complete job). 2 P/F specified board medium density exterior grade (Grade1) to frame backing or strutting with screws etc .3 layer particle board 18 mm. 3 Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frameswith iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete: 4 Providing and fixing cupboard shutters 25mm thick, with pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 2823 marked exterior grade (Grade I Type II) having one side decorative ination and other side a balancing lamination including second class teak wood lipping of 25mm widex12mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge 5 Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work 7 Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc 50 mm 8 Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard/ward robe shutters including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. 9 Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Zsections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size includingnecessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) 10 Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Zsections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size includingnecessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately. 11 Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides 12 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in-charge.
