Repair And Renovation Of Govt Ups Dhanmasta Ukhral Under Revenue Budget District Ramban Refer To Boq= Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:. all kind of soil 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement 4: coarse sand 8 graded stone crushed agg.40mm nominal size). 3 Providing/laying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering – All work upto plinth level.1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregates) 4 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm 5 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) 6 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade 7 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete 8 Carriage of Material by Mechnical Transport including Loading, including stacking 1 Sand for an avg lead of 90 Km by MT and manual labour for 1500 m 9 Aggregate below 40 mm for an avg lead of 35 Km by MT and manual labour 1500 m 10 Cement for an avg lead of 1500 m by manual labour
