Tender For construction of Kitchen Shed For Ups At Gugloosa B.- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations,drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts,wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, includingdressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including gettingout excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed All kinds of soil : 2 P/l of stone soling / RBM including all carriages.by MT10km Avg Lead 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: in 1:4:8 using 40mm nominal size aggregate.with 20% Plum 4 Reinforced of cement concrete of specified grade of cement concrete 1:2:4 mix stone agg 20mm nominal size crushed. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: in 1:3:6 using 40mm nominal size aggregate.with 20% Plum 6 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 infoundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 7 Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level 8 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(Door/window frames and shutters) 9 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars 11 Centring and shuttering incl propping and removal of same for walls any thickness 12 Centring and shuttering incl propping and removal of same for suspended floors 13 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 cement mortor 14 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry and curring complete job 15 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 16 Providing and fixing of kitchen sink including all necessary fittings complete 17 carriage of aggregates/sand 20KM avg lead 18 carriage of bricks 120KM avg lead 19 Add cost of photographs & CIB board
